Grey Christmas, co-founder, and distiller, has been brewing as a hobby for over 25 years. He spent seven years working at Dog Fish Head Crafts Brewery before opening his own brewery and distillery. On August 15, 2015, Beach Time Distilling opened its taproom at 32199 Nassau Rd #5, Lewes, Delaware.

Beach Gold rum is a silver rum that has been aged in a bourbon-flavored white oak barrel. It has a 40% alcohol content and is blended with caramel, vanilla, oak, and charcoal.
Beach Fin Gin is a steam-distilled gin that contains cassia, coriander, berries, angelica, lemongrass, citrus peel, lavender, and grains of paradise.
Beach Fire Spiced Rum is a Silver Rum infusion infused with orange, seven natural spices, cinnamon, and pepper. The alcohol content of this rum is 40%.

Beach Java is a coffee-rum blend with a chocolatey, fruity, espresso-like flavor and a 40% alcohol content.
